Derek Rolando is a percussionist and the leader of the Latin Pop Revue. Their set is a greatest hits of latin pop from the last three decades, and they boast an all star cast. Derek joined Jon and Pete to talk about building a band, building a set, and building the right combination of songs to bring love into the air with lots of Latin flair.
