Chef Otto (you've seen him on the Bravo Channel) is this year's host chef at the Pacific Heights Wine and Food Festival. His unique and flamboyant style is evident from the moment he walks into a room, and it informs everything he cooks. He is a walking good time. Chef Guillermo Pernot brings Argentinian panache to Cuban pizzazz in his Cuba Libré restaurants, and combines all of it when he hits the road.
