Fred Leland trains cops on some of the most sensitive issues: Decision making under stress, use of force, community interaction - much of the stuff that's in the press today. He talks with us about the deaths caused by police action every year, what we can do to improve perceptions between police and the communities they serve, and some of the challenges he faces when police departments bring him in to help make their officers better. He might just give some insight on topics we thought we knew.
